Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment (VR&E) is an employment and training program facilitated by the Disabled Veterans Outreach Program (DVOP) staff to assist disabled veterans who are being trained, retrained or rehabilitated for new careers by the U.S. Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
