The Southwest Florida Workforce Development Board, Inc is a private, non-profit organization which serves as the catalyst for overseeing this five-county region’s workforce development system. Our focus is to provide employers and job seekers with innovative and comprehensive services that will lead to business and personal success and our goal is to ensure opportunities for every business and individual customer will be addressed in a professional and timely manner.
